Local,
"full-power" TV stations must stop broadcasting analog signals and
swtich to digital, HDTV (High Definition TV) format on February 17, 2009. Old analog
TV sets will no longer be able to view over the air TV without special
digital converter boxes. The Federal Government is offering two
$40 coupons to help consumers purchase these converter boxes.
Consumer reportes ranked 14 different converter boxes in their latest
issue.

The Next 6 ranked "Better" meaning picture quality is better than most analog broadcasts
