requirements and as little as a $1
to open an FNBO Direct Online Savings Account. Once you have an
Online Savings Account with
FNBO Direct, the BillPay and CD products will be presented when you
first log-in. Definition: A Certificate of Deposit or CD is certificate from a bank stating that the named party has a specified sum on deposit, usually for a given period of time at a fixed rate of interest.
