Biography:  Prrior to forming both of these companies in 1991, he was Vice Chairman and a member of the Board of C.J. Lawrence Inc., which he joined in 1972.  He was an economic consultant at Data Resources, Inc. from 1969 to 1971.  He received an MBA from MIT in 1969 and a BS in Engineering from the University of Texas in 1967.
